• Digital guides, templates, and courses (Info Products)
• Branded merchandise and physical goods (Goods)

2. Service Conditions

2.1 Description: Our form-design routines include custom layout design, integration, and support.

2.2 Scheduling: You may adjust your project dates free of charge by requesting a change at least 48 hours before the agreed start via +14163570876 or the contact form.

2.3 Cancellations: If you cancel a routine more than 72 hours before kickoff, a full refund will be processed. If cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before, no refund is available due to resource allocation. All requests must be made via +14163570876 or the contact form.

3. Info Product Access

3.1 Delivery: Access is granted immediately after purchase via email instructions.

3.2 Eligibility for Reimbursement: You have 14 calendar days to request reimbursement if you have not downloaded or used any content. After 14 days, all sales are final.

3.3 Process: Submit your request along with purchase details through the contact form or call +14163570876. Approved requests will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Goods Purchase

4.1 Shipping: Items ship from our warehouse in Canada to the address you provide.

4.2 Damaged or Defective Items: Notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will ship a replacement or offer a prepaid label to ship the item back to 290 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3L9, Canada.

4.3 Shipment Conditions: Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Approved requests will be reimbursed within 10 business days after we receive the item.

5. Refund Policy

FormTopla provides clear terms for reimbursement across all offerings. Unless specified above, no reimbursement is available once service delivery has begun or digital content has been accessed.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting at FormTopla.top/terms. Continued use signifies acceptance.
